Its core product, MDA Property Manager©, is mainly used by owners and managers of retail, office, industrial and residential property portfolios. Other users include large-scale lessees/occupiers, managing agents and body corporate/sectional/fractional title administrators.
The product is highly scalable and can be cost-effectively deployed in an organisation with 1 or 300+ users. It is suitable for portfolios with 50 leases or tens of thousands of leases/debtors. It handles an unlimited number of property-owning entities, regardless of differing financial year-ends!
It can be deployed on a notebook computer, a local or a wide area network, or hosted in the cloud and accessible over the Internet from a mobile device from anywhere in the world.
Flexible pricing options are available to suit large and small users, with discounts for residential portfolios and view only users. Licence fees can be paid monthly or annually.
